Safety:
- The liquid in a diffuser contains chemicals that surfaces and skin don’t like.
- The diffuser liquid can cause irritation to the skin and may cause an allergic reaction. If the diffuser liquid does come into contact with skin, wash with plenty of soap and water. If irritation or a rash occurs, seek medical advice/ attention.
- The diffuser liquid causes serious eye irritation: if diffuser liquid comes into contact with eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do and continue rinsing. If irritation persists, seek medical advice / attention.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- If diffuser liquid is spilt on a surface, thoroughly clean the liquid off. Ensure you wipe any residual diffuser liquid from the bottom of the vessel before placing on a level surface.
- Always put your reed diffuser on a level surface.
- Do not place the diffuser directly onto, or allow the reeds to touch polished, painted, leather or plastic surfaces, or electrical equipment as accidental spillage or liquid transfer may cause damage to certain materials.

Free Nationwide Shipping when you spend over $120 (excludes bulky items and gift cards).
South Island - $9.90/$13.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 2-4 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
North Island - $9.90/$14.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 3-6 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
North Island Express - $20.00. Expected delivery within 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
Bulky/Heavy Items - Due to some items weight or size (furniture, espresso machines etc), some items will be charged a higher shipping rate and are excluded from our free shipping deal. Shipping for bulky items starts from $35 and is dependent on weight/size and destination.
Delivery Times - Delivery times are estimates only and we do not guarantee delivery of orders within these delivery targets due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Information - We use NZ Post, Aramex, NZ Courier, Post Haste and PBT couriers. We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

We use DHL Express Couriers or NZ Post for all orders outside New Zealand (Determined by Mooch) and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.
