Kai Shun's Sharpening Aid helps you to achieve an accurate angle every time you sharpen your knives on a whetstone.
- Sharpening Aid helps to keep your knife at the correct angle when grinding your knife on the whetstone.
- Material: Nylon (heat resistance to 140 degrees C)
- Use: Turn the knife over so the spine of the blade is facing down. Place the Sharpening Aid on the tip of the blade at around a 45 degree angle. Slowly slide it along the spine of the knife, angling up until it fits the spine of the knife. Be careful not to touch the tip or edge. To keep the correct angle for sharpening, hold the product tightly with your fingers to the surface of the whetstone.
- Care: Not dishwasher safe.
- Please note: Sharpening Aid will wear over repetitive use and needs to be replaced.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free Nationwide Shipping when you spend over $120 (excludes bulky items and gift cards).
South Island - $9.90/$13.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 2-4 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
North Island - $9.90/$14.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 3-6 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
North Island Express - $20.00. Expected delivery within 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
Bulky/Heavy Items - Due to some items weight or size (furniture, espresso machines etc), some items will be charged a higher shipping rate and are excluded from our free shipping deal. Shipping for bulky items starts from $35 and is dependent on weight/size and destination.
Delivery Times - Delivery times are estimates only and we do not guarantee delivery of orders within these delivery targets due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Information - We use NZ Post, Aramex, NZ Courier, Post Haste and PBT couriers. We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout.
We use DHL Express Couriers or NZ Post for all orders outside New Zealand (Determined by Mooch) and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.
